These images show the house at approximately 60 year intervals, from 1852 to the present day. Not much has changed externally.
Internally, the kitchen was remodelled about 10 years ago, and Bosch dual fuel oven, microwave and dishwasher were new in 2016. Central air was installed in 2008. All the internal shutters (original features) work, the wooden floors have recently been refinished, and walls freshly painted. Last summer, all external woodwork, decorative trim, and rendering were restored. The year before, guttering and sidewalk were checked out and fixed where necessary.
The Old Stone House is move-in-ready, and looking for a loving new owner.
